How safe is our website?

Deloya & Company have placed privacy and security protocols to ensure that our website is safe and private for the use of our customers. Deloya cannot guarantee that every single information provided to us will be secured. We can only assure you that we will try our best to protect your information.

 

How do I know my package will arrive?

You will receive a purchase code and a receipt after purchase. With that code you will be able to claim and look at the status of your package. We will also send you a tracking number to your email. That way you will be able to know where you package is at all times, how long it will take to arrive and when it is leaving our warehouse.

 

How do payments get processed?

Your payments are processed through our torrent. Therefore assuring security and customer satisfaction. Our protocols assure that every transaction and information submitted is secure.

 

What will happen in case of a return?

We will send you a box where you will place the product and send it back to us with no expense to you. In case of a misfit the products must be clean, without holes, tares or marks, and no wear. If the product arrives damaged from our warehouse we will take full responsibility for it. We will pay for the cost of a new product and send you a brand new one. What if my package never arrives?

In case that your package never arrives, we will take the next steps.

1) We will try to find your package, if recovered we will resend you the package at no cost.

2) If the product is not found, we will review the order and speak to the shipping agency regarding the shipment.

3) If the product was misplaced by the shipping agency we will send you another product for free.

4) In case the shipment disappears and it appears to be delivered by the shipping agency we will contact you regarding the situation.

 

What if I decide the product its just not for me?

You can return an item within 30 days of purchase. Just send it back to our warehouse with the receipt and purchase code. Once it is delivered to our warehouse the product will be reviewed by our team to make sure is clean and without damages.
